Our 30-year dream, ÜNOKS' new factory started to rise in Yalova...
We are excited to produce in our new 10.000 m² facility with 4.500 m² production, 2.500 m² storage and 3.000 m² office and social life area. Our new factory, where we will increase our total closed area by approximately 10 times and our production capacity by approximately 7 times, will be supported by advanced technology machines.
In our new factory, where we will offer an innovative living and working space for our colleagues, business partners and customers, our main goal is to create a human-oriented and environmentally friendly sustainable environment.
For this reason, we set out with the requirements and mission of LEED certification, which aims to develop and disseminate environmentally sensitive design, implementation and operation standards on a building and city scale. Intertwined with nature, the use of natural light, efficient air conditioning, large green open spaces and the reduction of light pollution are among our main goals.
In 2025, in our new building where we will settle as ÜNOKS Team; sustainable energy production, reducing water use indoors and outdoors, protecting our planet with the mission of protecting the factory land will be our most important responsibility.
